Payment Policy

We accept payment via American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
If we experience any problems with the processing of your credit card, we will hold your order and contact you to resolve the problem. Once the credit card has been successfully processed, your order will be shipped.

Sales Tax Policy

We are required by the following states to charge sales tax at the states specified sales tax rate: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C. and West Virginia.

Shipping Policy

PsoriasisSolution.net is pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on US orders $75 and over to the contiguous United States (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75 there is a delivery charge of $7.95 for standard shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday (or on a Holiday) will be processed the following business day. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekends, so if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the contiguous United States. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air: Orders must be placed by 2 PM EST to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time: Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by close of business day Monday.

SHIPPING
Orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped from our warehouse in Pittsburgh, Monday through Friday by UPS Ground, to arrive within 3- 7 business days from receipt of your order. Expedited shipping options are available (see chart below). We process and ship orders Monday - Friday within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Standard Shipping Orders over $75.00 - 3 to 7 Business Days
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all US customers on orders over $75 to the contiguous United States only. Your final invoice total AFTER any coupons, special offers or discounts must be over $75 to receive the FREE SHIPPING. Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Hawaii are excluded from this offer.

Standard Shipping Orders under $75.00 - 3 to 7 Business Days
We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for all orders below $75 to the contiguous United States.

3 Day Select - 3 Business Days
We charge a flat rate of $12 for all orders to the contiguous United States.

2nd Day Air - 2 Business Days
We charge a flat rate of $15 for all orders to the contiguous United States.

Next Day Air - 1 Business Day
We charge a flat rate of $20 for all orders to the contiguous United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico Orders
Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Hawaii will be charged a flat fee of $18 and are excluded from our 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options. NeoStrata currently does not ship to International addresses. Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground.

We ship to U.S. destinations only, and strictly prohibit the purchase of products for the purpose of shipping outside the U.S.

Return Policy

PSORENT psoriasis topical solution carries a 90-day money back guarantee.
Use Psorent twice a day, every day for at least 4 weeks to see results, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at custsvc@neostrata.com to facilitate a return. We will provide a Return Authorization #, instructions and a shipping address. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition. The Return Authorization # must be marked on the outside box. We will not accept COD deliveries. The NeoStrata Company cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. As soon as your returned item is received in our office, we will process and issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase. No credits will be given for unauthorized returns. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, we do not share or sell your information with any other company or organization. The information we collect is utilized only for the purpose of fulfilling orders, improving your online shopping experience and communicating with you about our products and promotions.
